E-Portfolios: Didactical Challenges for Higher Education

Working with e-portfolios is not only a matter of tools. The primary objective is to support learning and therefore requires a didactical foundation.

Apart from a general introduction about the different purposes of working with e-portfolios in an educational environment we want to outline the crucial aspects from a didactical perspective. More precisely, we want to focus as well on a micro didactical level (e. g. definition of scope/objective, reflection, assessment, ...) as well as on a macro didactical level (organization of a portfolio-supported seminar during a whole term).
