E-Portfolio Implementation Strategy: Juggling with Many Balls. Lessons Learned from International Perspective

Implementation of E-Portfolio in Higher Education is much more then the introduction of a system or tool. It is an educational innovation process, and that the reason that we like to introduce the Portfolio Concept as main issue.
Since 2004 we have in the Netherlands a strong community of E-Portfolio experts in Higher Education who share their experiences and build up new knowledge. We use a balance model, three scenarios and a checklist as guidelines for E-Portfolio implementation in Higher Education. In this workshop we would like to give an overview of these models and give also a glimp of what is going on around implementation issues in other countries (Europe, USA, Australia).
