The International Conference on The Potential of E-Portfolios in Higher Education  is organized by Danube University Krems in cooperation with the University of Economics and Business Administration Vienna.

Bauer  Studies of Romanistics/Germanistics at the University of Graz (1994), Postgraduate (MA eEducation) at Danube University Krems (2009); Teacher of Spanish/German language (1994-2008); since 10/2004 lecturer in Didactics of Spanish as a Foreign Language at the University of Vienna; since 1/2009 member of the academic staff (research) at Danube University Krems

 

  • Peter Baumgartner, Danube University Krems
Peter Baumgartner Peter Baumgartner is full professor for Technology Enhanced Learning and Multimedia and Head of the Department for Interactive Media and Educational Technology at Danube University Krems. His main research interests and publications lay in the fields of learning theory, eLearning scenarios and blended learning arrangements, distance education, didactics and teacher training, strategies for the organizational implementation of eLearning and evaluation methodology.

 

  • Karin Kirchmayer, Danube University Krems
Kirchmayer  After secondary school 3 years commercial college (1979), several accounting seminars with certification and other seminars (like event management, marketing management, communications management); 1986 - 1999 accountant of a major trading company, since 2000 supervision, marketing and organisation of cources of studies, seminars, conferences, alumni events and other activities at Danube University Krems.

 

  • Marlis Stöckl, University of Economics and Business Administration
Stoeckl Study of Pedagogics at the University of Vienna, Mag. in 2008; Tutor at the University of Vienna, 2003-2007; Assistant of eLearning Services at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) since 2008

 

  • Katrin Wembacher, University of Economics and Business Administration
Wembacher Master Study of Science in Economics and Business Administration at University of Augsburg in 2005; Responsible for Marketing and Public Relations in 2004 at the International Luge Federation (FIL); Responsible for Communication and New Media and Assistant to the Vice Rector for International Affairs, Research and External Relations at WU (2005-2008); Head of eLearning Services at WU since 2008

 

  • Sabine Zauchner, Danube University Krems
Zauchner 

Sabine Zauchner is Head of the Educational Technology Research Center  at the Department für Interacitve Media and Educational Technology and Chair of the Equality Committee at Danube University Krems. She studied Psychology, made her PhD in 1998 at the University of Vienna, and finished her postgraduate studies (MSc) in 2004. Her research interests are participatory approaches in the development of technologically supported learning scenarios, gender issues of E-Learning  and the promotion of women and ICT.
